Using Cookie Garden

You may play the game for personal, family, and classroom use. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s internet use and decide whether the site is appropriate for that child.

Fair and safe use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, overload its services, introduce malicious code, scrape private testing areas, impersonate the publisher, or use the game to violate applicable law.

Game progress

Progress is primarily saved in the browser and may be lost when site data is cleared, a device is reset, or browser settings change. The export feature can create a backup. We cannot guarantee that progress, availability, balance values, or particular features will always remain unchanged.

Ownership

Cookie Garden’s original name, code, characters, writing, game design, and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Playing the game does not transfer ownership or grant permission to sell, repackage, or falsely represent the project.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unavailable service or lost local progress.
