Privacy Policy

Cookie Garden is designed to be playable without creating an account or giving us personal information.

Information the game stores

Game progress and preferences are stored in your browser. This includes cookie totals, upgrades, specialists, achievements, collectibles, Tree progress, sound and motion choices, and save times. An optional save export downloads this game data to your device. It does not include a name, email address, or message history.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, hosting and security services may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, approximate region, timestamps, and error or security events. This is used to deliver, protect, and improve the site—not to build a public player profile.

Children’s privacy

Cookie Garden does not knowingly ask children for names, contact details, precise location, photos, school information, or user-generated content. There is no public chat, account directory, multiplayer contact, or social posting feature. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support request, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

Advertising

If ads are enabled, Cookie Garden requests child-directed treatment and uses non-personalized/contextual advertising. Advertising providers may still use limited data for delivery, frequency limits, security, fraud prevention, and measurement as permitted for child-directed services. Cookie Garden does not sell personal information and does not offer rewards for clicking ads.

Cookies and browser storage

The game uses browser storage required to remember progress and settings. Hosting, security, and advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, consent, or child-directed ad delivery. You can clear site data in your browser; doing so may remove local game progress unless you exported a save first.

Service providers and retention

Technical data may be processed by the site’s hosting, security, and advertising providers under their own legal obligations. Local game data remains on the device until the player resets it or clears browser storage. Server security logs are retained only as reasonably needed for operation, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may play without an account, disable sound or motion, export or reset game progress, block ads with browser tools, and clear stored site data. A parent or guardian may contact the publisher to ask a privacy question or request review of information submitted through support.
